This great coffee has notes of raspberry, tropical fruit, honey and milk chocolate. Grown in the Tarrazu region and being honey processed, it is a bright, balanced and smooth cup of coffee roasted at Full City. At Full City+ you will experience more boldness in the cup.

Roast Level:

City — Very light roast. Beans are a yellowish brown. City+ — Light roast. Beans are light brown. Full City — Medium roast. Beans are a medium chocolate brown. Full City+ — Darker roast. Beans are darker brown. Some oil on surface. Vienna — Very dark roast. Beans are a very dark brown and very oily. French — Almost black roast. Some call this the “ashtray” roast!

Grind Type:

Whole Bean Coarse Grind (Consistency of chunky sea salt. Ideal for French Press.) Medium Coarse Grind (Look like sand. Ideal for Chemex coffee.) Medium Grind (Classic ‘dump in the basket’ size. Ideal for drip coffee.) Medium Fine Grind (Ideal for pour overs and siphon coffees.) Fine Grind (Ideal for espresso.)
