A bright medium bodied coffee with wine and berry undertones, distinct floral tones in the aroma, and intense and complex flavor that is clean and flowery, and a vibrant finish. Hints of chocolate and fragrant notes of citrus—and nutty!

Roast Level:

City — Very light roast. Beans are a yellowish brown. City+ — Light roast. Beans are light brown. Full City — Medium roast. Beans are a medium chocolate brown. Full City+ — Darker roast. Beans are darker brown. Some oil on surface. Vienna — Very dark roast. Beans are a very dark brown and very oily. French — Almost black roast. Some call this the “ashtray” roast!
