This coffee revealed compelling sweet notes with a slight sweet-smokey hint, caramelized sugars, potent honey notes, and wisps of dried fruits, like apricot, and berry. The cup has a nice fruited sweetness, and acidic impression. Best in light roasts but honey flavors continue through Full City.

Roast Level:

City — Very light roast. Beans are a yellowish brown. City+ — Light roast. Beans are light brown. Full City — Medium roast. Beans are a medium chocolate brown. Full City+ — Darker roast. Beans are darker brown. Some oil on surface. Vienna — Very dark roast. Beans are a very dark brown and very oily. French — Almost black roast. Some call this the “ashtray” roast!

Grind Type:

Whole Bean Coarse Grind (Consistency of chunky sea salt. Ideal for French Press.) Medium Coarse Grind (Look like sand. Ideal for Chemex coffee.) Medium Grind (Classic ‘dump in the basket’ size.
