A new Air Boss blend for a recent special occasion, designed to bring together the best South American coffees with a little from Central America. The goal for this blend was that it be smooth and interesting—one you would want to remember. The coffees in this blend are all specialty coffees known for their stand-alone quality, and together they blossom into an amazing taste. It’s an incredibly bodied coffee with rustic notes of molasses, fruits, and banana bread.

Roast Level:

City — Very light roast. Beans are a yellowish brown. City+ — Light roast. Beans are light brown. Full City — Medium roast. Beans are a medium chocolate brown. Full City+ — Darker roast. Beans are darker brown. Some oil on surface. Vienna — Very dark roast. Beans are a very dark brown and very oily. French — Almost black roast. Some call this the “ashtray” roast!

Grind Type:

Whole Bean Coarse Grind (Consistency of chunky sea salt. Ideal for French Press.) Medium Coarse Grind (Look like sand. Ideal for Chemex coffee.) Medium Grind (Classic ‘dump in the basket’ size. Ideal for drip coffee.) Medium Fine Grind (Ideal for pour overs and siphon coffees.) Fine Grind (Ideal for espresso.)
