A great Columbian coffee decaffeinated using an organic compound derived from sugarcane, which removes 97% of the caffeine. This process creates a very slight sweet taste which combines with hints of chocolate, dried fruit, and graham cracker. Very mild acidity.

Roast Level:

City – A very light roast. Beans are a yellowish brown City + - light roast. Beans are lighter brown Full City – medium roast. Beans are a medium chocolate brown Full City+ — Darker roast. Beans are darker brown. Some oil on surface. Vienna – very dark roast. Beans are a very dark brown and very oily. French – almost black roast. Some call this the “ashtray” roast!

Grind Type:

Whole Bean Coarse Grind (Consistency of chunky sea salt. Ideal for French Press.) Medium Coarse Grind (Look like sand. Ideal for Chemex coffee.) Medium Grind (Classic ‘dump in the basket’ size. Ideal for drip coffee.) Medium Fine Grind (Ideal for pour overs and siphon coffees.) Fine Grind (Ideal for espresso.)
